This poem tells us that we have to recieve wealth and poverty equally in our lives.The main reason is that they come as apackage one after another.So, we should be prepared for the other thing when we are enjoing or suffering.The example he is giving in this context is that Carts come on ships and ships come on vehicles.Like wise poverty follows riches and riches are followed by poverty. So we have to maintain equilibrium mentally.
